Chelan Get-Away 2006
Return to Oh, What Fun We Had!
Do your boobs hang low? Do they wobble to and fro? Can you tie them in a knot? Can you tie them in a bow?
All Northwest chapters were invited to the Chelan Get-Away in April, hosted by the Delicious Red Hatters of Chelan. This is a yearly gathering, and they put on a wonderful event! Seventeen of the Red Hat Flashes were in attendance, and had a fabulous time!
On Friday evening we enjoyed a fun cruise on Lake Chelan with some great costumes, yummy dessert, and some energetic dancing to fun music. Jean and Karen swear those poles were already bent when we boarded!
The following morning we dazzled the folks of Chelan with a parade down the main street (on the sidewalk) in all our finery, then many ladies participated in a fun scavenger hunt, while others checked out the local casino.
Saturday evening was a "dress-up" banquet with a delicious dinner, and fantastic entertainment, especially the "Do Your Boobs Hang Low" number. The laughter continued throughout the evening, including Janis and Frances taking a belly-dancing lesson. A great time was had by all!
